This month’s balance update is about to go live! The Orks receive a new batch of changes to get their krumpiest boyz to the scrap and get them at the level of other factions. These also include a change to give their least-favoured Warlord a new niche.
Also in this update, a short list of changes will help rein in the burst potential of the Ultramarines and Saim Hann, limiting some frustrating play patterns that rose in popularity during last season.

Goff Orks
- Toxic Bonfire (Defence card): Changed description to “Deal 2 damage to an enemy troop and Stun it”
- Pyromaniaks: Now gives 1 more Blast. Changed description to “Give Blast 3 to your units this turn”
- Rok Invasion: Is no longer restricted to Infantry. Changed description to “Deploy 8 random Ork troops that cost 4 or less”
- Big Choppa Nob: Increased Ranged from 4 to 5
- Power of the Waaagh!: The buff is now active during your opponent’s turn too. Changed description to “Your Warlord gains ‘Mob: Gain +1M until your next turn'”
- Deffgun Loota: Changed description to “When another troop dies, deal 2 damage to a random enemy”
- Da Green Horde: Lowered cost from 4 to 3
- Unbridled Carnage: Changed description to “Deal 2 damage to a random enemy. Repeat this effect for every friendly unit” (now triggers once more)
- Krumpaklaw: Increased Ranged from 4 to 6
- Waaagh! Energy (Weirdboy Talent): Lowered cost from 2 to 0
- Shoota Boy: Mob damage increased from 1 to 1-2. Changed description to “Mob: Deal 1–2 damage to a random enemy”
- Painboy Sniklaw: Now has a new Rally effect. Changed description to “Rally: Heal 3 to a friendly unit. Talent: Sawbonez”
- Grukk Face-Rippa: Changed description to “Your first troop with Tide each turn costs 1 less. Talent: Da Red Waaagh!”
- Big Shoota Boy: Now shoots an additional enemy. Changed description to “Mob: Deal 1 damage to three random enemies”
- Rokkit Boy: Increased Melee from 2 to 3 and Ranged from 4 to 5
Adepta Sororitas
- Righteous Repugnance (Morvenn Vahl’s Talent): Added a heal effect to the Faith bonus. Changed description to “Ephemeral. Give +1M and +1R to your units this turn (4F) Give +2M and +2R instead and Heal them 1”
Ultramarines
- Assault Doctrine: Lowered the Melee buff and heal effect. Changed description to “Give +3M to a friendly unit. Codex: Give it Armour 1 and heal 2 to it”
- Inceptor Sergeant: No longer buffs himself. Changed description to “Flying. Flank. Codex: Give +1R to your other troops”
- Angels of Death: No longer buffs Melee. Changed description to “Deploy 3 Primaris Intercessor and give them Flank. Codex: Give +1R to your Primaris Intercessor”
Saim-Hann
- Storm of Silence (Jain Zar’s Talent): Changed description to “Ephemeral. Your Warlord gains +2M this turn (1S) Stun a random enemy troop”
- Orian Laratharjos: Lowered Ranged from 5 to 4
- Howling Banshee: Lowered Melee from 4 to 3
Black Legion
- Possession: Now only doubles Health and Melee values, as the card description states.
