Prepare for a weekend full of amazing interactive experiences, exclusive prizes and the unveiling of a brand-new faction for Warhammer 40,000: Warpforge during Warhammer Fest 2023 at Everguild’s stand in Manchester Central from April 29th until May 1st. The long awaited Aeldari of Craftworld Saim-Hann will be playable for the first time, both in person and through an online demo on Steam.
Warpforge is an upcoming collectable digital card game set in the grim darkness of Games Workshop’s 41st Millennium in which players command the greatest factions of the Galaxy in exciting and tactical card battles. We will have ongoing tournaments all day, with awesome merchandise on the line. At the end of the event, one lucky winner will get to take home a Ghazghkull Thraka miniature, professionally painted by Ninjon to resemble the game’s amazing new artwork for the greatest Warboss!
Players who can’t attend the event in person will not be left out of the fun though. The new Warpforge demo will also be available for all players via Steam! All of those who play the game during the new demo period will enter a raffle for in-games rewards.
The new Warpforge demo will introduce players to a brand new faction, the Aeldari of Craftworld Saim-Hann! Prepare your jetbike-riding skills to lead the Wild Host kindreds of Saim-Hann to victory in battle! Renowned for its preference for fast, mobile warfare, this Craftworld commands an array of heavy-hitting vehicle-focused strategies and will make use of its new Shuriken weaponry and Spirit Stones mechanic to get the upper hand in battle.
Do you want to put your years playing Horus Heresy: Legions to the test? Take part in the awesome in-person Legions tournaments that we will host in the stand during the event! We will have Legions tournaments every day, with fantastic prizes for all participants and winners. On top of that, one participant will have a chance to earn the newly released Horus Ascended miniature, fantastically painted by Ángel Giráldez, truly a centrepiece of any Sons of Horus faction aiming to bring down the Imperium!
Both of the prize miniatures will be on display at the Everguild booth, as well as an amazing Warpforge diorama crafted by the Squidmar Miniatures team, bringing the card game’s action to life. Warhammer 40,000: Warpforge is set to launch in 2023 on Steam. Other platforms will follow, including a mobile version with full cross-platform support. Players can already wishlist the game on Steam, join the Discord channel and sign up to the mailing list to stay up to date with the development.
