Balance Update: The Ultramarines rise against debauchery!

After the entry of the Emperor’s Children, it seemed that Lucius wanted all the thrill for himself. While this is true to character, the other two Emperor’s Children Warlords have performed more timidly. While Xarahan has found a good rate of success, Lord Kaphrael has been relegated to the sidelines. In this balance update, we are toning down Lucius’ power and other Emperor’s Children cards that created frustrating play patterns, while enhancing others that were not finding a home in players’ decks.

At the same time, the Orks receive targeted adjustments to hamper their top Warlord’s plans. We also took this opportunity to bring up some of last season’s least-played Warlords, such as Uriel Ventris, the Terror of Vardenghast, and the Swarmlord, along with some well-deserved tweaks to other cards in their factions.
